February Half Term Holiday Camp
We are now taking bookings for our
February Half Term Holiday Camp
for ages between 5 and 15, run by Head Coach Sally Bentley. This
is a Full Week Camp, so single days can not be booked. To view the

Timing
Please do not arrive before the start time of the camp and only pick up
at the ‘end’ time. Parents are asked to stay outside the club for
delivery and collection of their children. The children will be
collected and delivered back to the main gate by the coaches.
Water
Children should bring refillable water bottles. We have 2 taps on the
courts with drinking water where they can refill their bottles. They
will be asked to sanitise their hands before using the tap.
Lunch
Please send NUT FREE lunches and healthy snacks for the morning.
Racquet
If your child does not have a racquet, we can lend them one. It will be
sprayed with anti-bacterial spray before and after use.
Weather
We will endeavour to stay outside for the duration of the camp. If we
get a shower, we will shelter inside for a few minutes. If you would
like your child to remain outside at all times, please send them with an
umbrella (very good equipment for social distancing) As you can imagine,
we are constantly looking at weather apps.
The one that we find most accurate and helpful is Dark Sky as it shows
the satellite of what precisely is coming weather wise in the next 60
minutes with an outlook for the day/week. If we have exceedingly hot
weather, we have one table umbrella and 2 areas of shade behind and to
the side of the clubhouse. We will take shade in these areas, group by
group if necessary.
Cancellation
Because we endeavour to maintain low coach/player ratios for
camps, we always book all our coaches in advance, therefore you need to
inform us at least 3 weeks before the first day of a camp, if your child
can no longer attend.
Camps cancelled 1 week before the camp starts will be subject
to a 75% cancellation fee.
Camps cancelled 2 weeks before the camp starts will be subject to
a 50% cancellation fee.
Camps cancelled 3 weeks before the camp starts will be subject to a 25%
cancellation fee.
Camps cancelled during a camp will receive no refund.
