Individual Lessons Questions

What do they do?

Sessions focus a little closer on a player's technical skills to compliment their squad training or group lessons.

How long is each session?

Sessions can be booked for varying lengths of time. A one hour session is usual, although players aged 6 and under often start on 30 to 45 minutes.

What does it cost?

All our coaches charge the following rates for private lessons:
Half an hour: £15
Full hour: £30

What do I need to bring?

Your individual tennis coach will guide this. Normally just a bottle of water but may be a skipping rope & goals folder when requested by the coach.

What happens if I need to cancel?

If you cancel a lesson WITHOUT at least 24 hours for the coach to fill the lesson, you will be expected to pay for the lesson. If the coach cancels the lesson due to inclement weather, there is no charge. If the coach is prepared to give the lesson as he or she considers the weather conditions to be safe, the lesson will happen. Under these circumstances, if the player chooses not to play, they must pay for the lesson.

What happens in bad weather?

If you do not hear from your individual coach, assume the lesson is ON. Your coach will contact you directly if the conditions are not playable.
